Home Cruise Control First Visit
The purpose of this consultant's first process is to help the customer through the process, and to help ensure that the services are tailored to each property. An outline of the first visit schedule is below:
- 15 Minutes - Home tour and points discussion
- 15 Minutes - Service team collecting all pertinent home information (Furnace filter size, refrigerator filter information, thermostat information, etc.)
- 15 Minutes - Discussing maintenance items tailored to your home
- 15 Minutes - Helping select services for the remainder of the year with the homeowner.
- 75 Minutes - Completing the initial home maintenance package
First visits for each new property include a consultation and a set list of services. These set services are outlined below.
